Job Description
Are you a passionate individual with a technical background and a talent for building strong customer relationships? We are looking for an engaged technical inside sales representative who wants to be part of our dynamic team.
As a technical inside sales representative with us, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our technical offers. You will conduct precise calculations for flow solutions, which requires both accuracy and technical knowledge. Your advice will be invaluable to both customers and colleagues as you support them with expertise and insights to find the best solutions.
You will also handle various cases and business agreements, which means you need to have a good understanding of business processes and be able to navigate smoothly between different requirements and expectations. Your collaboration with different departments within the company will be crucial to ensure high-quality delivery, and you will act as a key person between sales, technology, and delivery.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a technical education in areas such as energy or mechanics, or equivalent work experience.
You should have a technical understanding of industrial processes as well as knowledge in control engineering, hydraulics, pneumatics, or fluid dynamics. Experience in technical sales, quotation work, or support in a similar industry is essential. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and are familiar with business systems and digital tools.
It is an advantage if you have worked with business-related combinations of technology and service. Experience collaborating with various departments such as purchasing, marketing, field sales, and production to ensure high-quality delivery is a plus. A positive attitude and previous experience of taking responsibility and working closely with others in a team are also desirable. Knowledge of valves, measuring instruments, and flow technical solutions can be very beneficial in your role.
