We are looking for an Ice Cream Bar Manager with previous leadership experience who wants to combine operational work with responsibility for people and results.

What does the role entail?

As the Ice Cream Bar Manager, you will drive the ice cream bar forward with both heart and structure. You will lead the daily operations, coach the team, and ensure that everyone knows what is expected. You will plan staffing, introduce new employees, and follow up to ensure that routines and working methods are effective.

You will work actively with sales and guest satisfaction and monitor key performance indicators. You will be responsible for purchasing, inventory, product range, and presentation, as well as ensuring that quality, hygiene, and order are maintained to a high standard.

The role is operational – you will work directly in the business and lead by presence. You are a clear role model and create energy, structure, and security within the team.

We are looking for someone who
  • Has previous experience in leadership, such as team leader, supervisor, or manager in service, retail, or restaurant

  • Is confident in making decisions and providing feedback

  • Is motivated by working towards goals and delivering results

  • Has a strong service focus

  • Wants to further develop within leadership and operations

  • Speaks Swedish and English

This is a role for you who has already led others and wants to continue growing in your leadership journey.

Conditions

We are looking for an employee for the summer season with varying hours (20-40 h/week). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the hotel and restaurant union's collective agreement.
