Skogstrollen AB operates iPhonebutiken.se and corresponding web shops in Norway, Finland, and Denmark.

We sell mobile accessories and technology-related products used with mobile phones, tablets, and computers.

The business consists of customer service, warehousing, and administration that work closely together in our premises in Kalmar.

Job Responsibilities

The position is broad and combines customer contact with practical warehouse work.

The work includes, among other things:

  • Customer service via email and chat (mainly Swedish, some English)
  • Order picking and packing
  • Handling of incoming deliveries
  • Claims handling with customers and suppliers
  • Ongoing administrative tasks related to e-commerce

The position involves both sedentary work at a computer and practical work in the warehouse.

The work is scheduled for weekdays during office hours.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has a very good ability to express themselves verbally and in writing in Swedish
  • Is meticulous and structured
  • Has good teamwork skills
  • Takes personal responsibility and works independently
  • Enjoys varied tasks

It is an advantage if you are familiar with iPhone and Mac, but it is not a requirement. We place greater emphasis on being meticulous, structured, and having the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and systems.
