About the job

We are looking for someone who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our wonderful team at Willys Vimmerby Allen! The position simply means that you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices.

Position type: Temporary position of 32 hours per week

Start date: 2026-04-27 to 2026-06-13

Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends

Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire individuals under 18 years due to the nature of the tasks.

Here’s a bit more about the position:

• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the varied and physically demanding daily operations in the fruit and vegetable department.
• You will ensure that the department is well-stocked, looks nice, and is updated according to the current season. We want to give customers a good first impression – this is a very important part of our store!
• You will greet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it.
• After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals.

About you

Willys is constantly growing and developing, and you enjoy doing the same. You are eager to learn new things, enjoy challenges, and are driven to take on greater responsibility. It’s also great if you:

• See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
• It’s an advantage if you have experience working with fresh produce or fruits and vegetables, but it’s not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that’s a plus!
