About the position as a customer service representative at Telenor's customer service

As a customer service representative, you are an important part of our organization: being there for customers and supporting them in their digital everyday life to ensure they can stay connected with those who matter most. Whether it concerns mobile, tablet, broadband, or TV, your role is to ensure that each customer has the best possible solutions for their lives.

You will answer incoming calls from Telenor's customers and assist with everything from subscriptions, invoices, and troubleshooting. At the same time, you will work with upselling – where you, in a responsive and trustworthy manner, suggest services that enhance and simplify the customer's digital life.

Your goal: Satisfied customers with smart solutions that truly make a difference in their daily lives.

No previous experience required – we provide you with complete introduction and training.

You will work in our bright and modern offices at Varvsholmen in Kalmar – an office filled with energy, community, and opportunities for development. During breaks? Relax in the massage chair, play ping pong, or challenge colleagues on PS5!

We are looking for someone who is:

• Service-oriented and enjoys helping others
• Curious to learn more about sales and customer communication
• Wants to work with upselling and have the opportunity for good commission
• Goal-oriented – you enjoy reaching set goals, both individually and in a team
• Communicative and solution-oriented
• Used to working with computers
• Fluent in Swedish and has good knowledge of English

✅ Fixed monthly salary according to collective agreement + opportunity for good commission

✅ Working hours on weekdays between 08:00–18:15 (according to a varying schedule)
