Job Description

Do you want to work broadly with finance in a central role where structure, quality, and collaboration are in focus? We are now looking for a Finance Assistant for Swedish Agro's headquarters in Kalmar for a longer assignment.

About the Role

As a Finance Assistant, you will be part of Swedish Agro's central finance function and work closely with other colleagues in the finance department. The role involves varied work with ongoing financial management, invoice processes, and administrative support. You will report to the CFO and have the opportunity to contribute to several parts of the financial flow.

Main Responsibilities

  • Registration and control of supplier invoices
  • Participation in payment processes for customer and supplier invoices
  • Ongoing financial administration
  • Support in other finance-related areas as needed
  • Collaboration with internal departments and the finance team

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:
• Post-secondary education in finance (YH, university, or college)
• Experience in financial administration or a similar role
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Good computer and system skills, including MS Office
It is an advantage if you have experience with financial systems such as Dynamics AX and invoice interpretation systems like Readsoft or Exflow.

To thrive in this role, you are structured and meticulous with an eye for detail. You feel comfortable working with numbers and have analytical skills. At the same time, you are independent and responsible in your work.
You are a service-oriented team player who contributes to good collaboration within the team and have a flexible and solution-oriented attitude when tasks vary.

The position is a parental leave cover and is a fixed-term full-time employment starting on June 1. The assignment runs until January 31, 2027. The location is at Swedish Agro's headquarters in Kalmar.
