The Care Administration is responsible for care and support in ordinary, special housing, and for people in need of municipal health and medical care. The goal is for the elderly to be able to live as active and independent lives as possible. The guiding principle in our work is a health-promoting approach, where we highly value teamwork. The administration has about 700 employees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to be an important part of the summer work within the recruitment and staffing unit in elderly care as a scheduler.

As a scheduler, you will have a central and developing role in the daily operations of our activities. You will work on behalf of the unit manager and be responsible for planning and booking staffing for both short- and long-term needs within home care and special housing.

This is a job where you truly make a difference by ensuring the right competence in the right place, directly contributing to quality and safety for the users. Part of the work takes place during inconvenient hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good computer skills. Experience with Lifecare and Besched is an advantage.
• Has experience in care work or is familiar with the operations of elderly care, preferably in Nybro municipality.
• Has the ability to quickly adapt when conditions change.
• Is service-oriented, collaborative, and has an easy time building good relationships.
• Has a developed holistic perspective and an economic and operational mindset.
