We are now looking for a SEM Lead who wants to take full responsibility for our work in Search Engine Marketing and ensure that our investments in SEM drive profitable and scalable growth for Nordic Nest Group and our brands Nordic Nest, Svenssons, and KitchenTime.

This is a role for you who is analytical, loves to dig into data and numbers, and thrives in the intersection of strategy, analysis, and operational follow-up. You will serve as the important bridge between our external SEM agency and our internal organization – with a clear focus on structure and business results.

As SEM Lead, you are responsible for setting direction, following up, and further developing our SEM work in close collaboration with our SEM agency. Although the daily operational management is handled externally, you own the strategy, follow-up, and business logic behind our investments.

You work closely with teams in CRM, Paid Social, SoMe, analysis, and e-commerce to ensure that SEM is integrated throughout the customer journey and contributes to both short-term sales and long-term profitability.

You report to the Chief Customer Experience Officer and play a key role in ensuring that our marketing investments are used in the best possible way.

Your main responsibilities:

• Own and develop SEM strategy, structure, and vision for our brands

• Be the main contact for the external SEM agency and ensure high quality in account structure, bidding, ads, and priorities

• Follow up, analyze, and evaluate results at account, campaign, and keyword level

• Work data-driven with POAS, CPA, margin, incrementality, and profitability

• Ensure clear reporting, follow-up, and insights to the organization

• Collaborate closely with CRM and Paid Social on target groups, messaging, and efficiency across channels

• Identify areas for improvement, efficiencies, and growth opportunities, and conduct tests in the area

• Ensure that SEM investments align with our business goals, campaigns, and product focus

To succeed in this role, we believe you have several years of experience working with SEM and performance marketing, preferably within e-commerce. You are very comfortable with analysis and follow-up and used to working with complex accounts and large budgets.

• Confident in explaining numbers, conclusions, and recommendations to various stakeholders

It is a plus if you have experience with attribution, tracking, GA4, and incrementality analyses.
