Do you want a summer filled with people, pace, and the sun of Öland?

Imagine the feeling when guests finally roll into the campsite after a long journey. Anticipation. Vacation vibes. Relief.

And there you are – the first person they meet.

As a Receptionist at First Camp Ekerum, you will play a central role in creating that first, crucial impression. You are the start of their vacation and an important part of the overall experience at First Camp Ekerum.

What does the job entail?

No day is the same – and that’s exactly what makes it fun.

You will, among other things:

  • Check guests in and out

  • Handle bookings and answer questions

  • Provide tips about the area, activities, and services

  • Work with sales in the store

  • Resolve situations that arise calmly and professionally

During the peak season, the pace is high, especially on weekends and sunny days in July. You need to enjoy juggling many tasks and be able to prioritize effectively.

You will work closely with both guests and colleagues and become an important part of the team that ensures the entire destination runs smoothly.

Who are we looking for?

To work at the reception, you must be at least 18 years old.

You may have previous experience in service, reception, or retail – but the most important thing is your attitude.

We believe that you:

  • Are responsible and structured

  • Have a professional and friendly demeanor

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Are solution-oriented and self-driven

  • Speak Swedish and English fluently

You need to be confident in yourself and comfortable making your own decisions in everyday situations.

Practical Information

Summer season 20–40 hours per week. Working hours include days, evenings, and weekends according to collective agreements.
