• Offer the best possible service and business-oriented support to Swedbank's Premium customers under your responsibility.

• Work focused on one of the bank's most prioritized customer segments.

• Take over an existing customer base and enhance it through a proactive and structured approach; naturally, you will also prospect for new customers.

• Provide holistic financial advisory services primarily to private customers, but also to corporate clients.

• Become part of a team with driven and friendly colleagues within the premium group, maintaining close collaboration with, among others, Private Banking, C&I, and insurance specialists.

• Broaden and deepen your competence, work with self-leadership, and contribute to the unit's collective results.

In this role, you need to:

• Hold a Swedsec Advisory License, Swedsec Mortgage License, and Insurance Distribution Right for Private Life (IDD).

• Have strong personal drive and take your own initiatives to achieve high customer satisfaction.

• Possess a very good ability to develop customer relationships and business over time.

• Have high competence in assessing and managing a customer's total private economy, as well as reading and understanding customer needs.

• Have at least two years of experience in pension, savings, insurance, and credit business.

• Be a team player, find it easy to collaborate with colleagues, and strive for the team's success just as much as your own.

• Be social, curious, results-focused, and maintain a high service level towards customers.

• Have good negotiation skills regarding prices and terms.

• Have good knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and customer due diligence (KYC).

• Master taxes and legal aspects concerning private economy.

• Ensure compliance regarding advisory documentation.

• Demonstrate service orientation, quality awareness, structure in your work, business acumen, and be solution-oriented and relationship-building.

• Have good verbal and written communication skills.
