As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be an important part of a cross-functional and Nordic development team. Here, you will work together to modernize and further develop the organization's IT platforms. You are responsible for ensuring quality throughout the delivery flow and play a central role in everything from early requirement discussions to release and follow-up.

You will drive how testing is planned and executed, contribute to a more quality-conscious working method, and work both practically and strategically to improve testing methodologies, processes, and automation.

• Ensure quality throughout the development chain
• Design and execute manual and automated tests
• Develop and improve testing strategies, processes, and routines
• Conduct and enhance API testing in tools like Postman
• Work with integration testing, SQL, and test data
• Identify and analyze defects, deviations, and improvement needs
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business specialists in the Nordics
• Contribute to more efficient release flows and increased test automation

• Several years of experience in testing within system development
• Experience in both manual testing and test automation
• Experience in API testing and tools such as Postman/Swagger
• Basic knowledge of SQL and preferably C#/.NET
• Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright

• Worked in banking/finance or other regulated industries
• Experience with CI/CD and testing in pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps or Jenkins)
• Interest in test management, process development, or quality at an organizational level

• Are structured, analytical, and meticulous
• Enjoy collaborating with others and sharing knowledge
• Take initiative and drive improvement work forward
• See the big picture and can balance pace with quality
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
