About us

Safety & Navigation Group trains approximately 250 people every month in navigation, maritime safety, fire, and healthcare. With us, you will be part of a team of 12 full-time employees and around 40 part-time instructors. We are a workplace that appreciates initiative and energy. About the role and your tasks

No day is like the other with us. One moment you welcome course participants with a warm hello, and the next moment you solve an unexpected challenge with a calm smile. You are the hub of the operation – the one who creates energy, order, and a professional first impression for everyone who walks through the door.

As a Front Office / Training Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly in our training center:

  • Welcome course participants and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with a solution-oriented and positive attitude
  • Ensure that the premises feel welcoming and that snacks, lunches, and materials are in place
  • Manage administration related to our training programs
  • Contribute to making the day run smoothly – even when plans change quickly

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with the right attitude – not necessarily a lot of experience. You are someone who:

  • Has energy, both in interactions with customers and among colleagues
