This is a spontaneous application for future assignments as an administrative assistant. Our clients operate in various industries. We are now looking for candidates with diverse experience in administration. You have previous experience working as an administrator, junior legal assistant, or a similar role. The assignments may vary in length and scope depending on the clients' needs. We believe you are open to both shorter and longer assignments. WHO ARE YOU? 

We are looking for service-oriented individuals with good communication skills. You enjoy working administratively and feel comfortable working both independently and in a team. You are meticulous and have the ability to see what needs to be done and have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements for the assignment:

• Previous work experience in an administrative role
• Good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Completed high school diploma
