Röke Buss is a prestigious family business with a focus on travel joy, quality, and environmental considerations.

The business can be divided into three parts: customized charter traffic, charter bus traffic within Europe, and school transport services in several municipalities in our local area. Due to retirement, we are now looking for a self-driven, meticulous, and committed finance manager who wants to be part of our team based in Röke. The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a 6-month probationary period.

Your main responsibilities:

Ongoing bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and payments.

Invoicing and handling of customer and supplier invoices.

VAT reporting.

Payroll.

Employer declarations.

Contribute to the development of routines and digital working methods.

We believe you have:

Good system skills and an interest in digital solutions.

Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, or equivalent experience.

Several years of experience in qualified accounting work.

Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Experience with Visma Administration and Visma Payroll, and preferably the booking system Travelize.

If you also have experience from the bus industry and are familiar with regulations regarding driving and rest times, it is an advantage.
