About the role: As a Traffic Controller, you will be a key player in our client's daily operations. Your work revolves around communication - you are the one who holds everything together by managing contacts with drivers, customers, and colleagues via phone and chat. Your ability to communicate clearly and solve problems in real-time will make a direct difference for the business.

Your responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate transports in real-time
• Proactively identify and solve logistical challenges
• Provide professional support to drivers and customers via phone and chat
• Collaborate with various teams to optimize flows
• Handle communication in both Swedish and English

We are looking for someone who:

• Is solution-oriented and proactive
• Enjoys taking responsibility and making decisions
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Is accustomed to communicating via phone and digital platforms
• Is resilient and handles dynamic situations with ease

Scope:

• Start: Immediately
• Working hours: Evenings, according to a rotating schedule (Monday - Sunday)
• Workplace: Stockholm City
• Scope: Part-time
• Salary: According to collective agreement
