Examples of Responsibilities
As a Customer & Course Coordinator at NFI, you will play a central role before, during, and after our courses and conferences. Together with the team, you will be responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly – from planning to execution and on-site service.
Ongoing contact with course leaders, speakers, and participants.
Administration in our IT systems (texts, registers, marketing, web, etc.).
Purchasing and orders (administrative materials, lunches, snacks, etc.).
Management of course documentation – both digital and analog.
Welcoming participants on-site and answering questions via phone and email.
Preparing course rooms and being responsible for the snack/kitchen area.
Support in tender and quotation work.
Qualifications
Must-Haves
Excellent ability to collaborate and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Very good Swedish and good English in speech and writing.
Structured, self-driven, and service-oriented with a “get-things-done” attitude.
Proficient IT user with good knowledge of the Office suite.
At least 2 years of experience in similar tasks.
Meritorious
Experience from educational companies or conference/course operations.
University degree
Experience with tender/quotation work and basic marketing in digital channels.

We offer approximately 80 different courses and conferences (1–4 days). Most are led by external experts in our premises in Södermalm, Stockholm, or as internal assignments at client locations. We also organize larger conferences 4–6 times a year. Our clients are found in both the private and public sectors.
