We are looking for an experienced IT project manager for an ongoing development initiative aimed at modernizing and streamlining our client's shared IT support for data management and analysis.

The project involves enabling the collection of various types of data, automating the production chain up to processed data sets, and creating better conditions for making existing information searchable and reusable.

The work is carried out in close collaboration between IT and the business, where structure, communication, and collaboration skills are central success factors.

Responsibilities

As an IT project manager, you will:

• Lead and coordinate IT projects within the organization's production environment.
• Drive requirements work and coordinate feasibility studies at a strategic level.
• Ensure that the project delivers according to set goals, timelines, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with the business and development teams to synchronize needs, priorities, and deliveries.
• Contribute to establishing effective working methods and promote the use of metadata throughout the process.
• Be responsible for planning, follow-up, and internal communication.
• Actively contribute to knowledge transfer and documentation within the assignment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of documented experience (since 2020) leading IT projects in agile development teams.
• At least 2 years of experience (since 2020) driving projects according to PPS or equivalent project model.
• At least 2 years of experience (since 2018) with PPS.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Led assignments within larger organizations (over 500 employees).
• Experience in change management related to IT or business development projects.
• Ability to work on-site in Örebro four days a week.

Desirable

• Experience working in the public sector on similar projects.
