Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for an assignment within IT and digitalization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading test managers, testers, and teams within relevant product areas and the line organization. You will actively work on setting sub-goals and milestones, ensure that all involved parties have a clear understanding of the assignment, and are responsible for ongoing feedback to project management and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead test managers, testers, and cross-functional teams within relevant product areas
• Develop and follow up on sub-goals and milestones in collaboration with the team
• Ensure that deliveries are made within agreed timeframes
• When necessary, develop well-founded impact analyses prior to decisions on changed timeframes or priorities
• Communicate status, goals, and results to the main project manager, assignment owner, and steering committee
• Ensure that all involved parties have a clear and shared understanding of the assignment

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience, within the last 6 years, in project management of complex projects with high availability requirements
• Very good ability to document in a structured, clear, and correct manner
• Good ability to communicate goals, schedules, and consequences of delays to the project team
• Good ability to report status and results to the main project manager, assignment owner, and steering committee
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Advantages

• At least 2 years of experience, within the last 6 years, in project management including test planning and test activities
• At least 2 years of experience, within the last 6 years, in project management of projects with requirements for functional and non-functional testing
• At least 2 years of experience, within the last 6 years, in documenting functional and non-functional tests in projects with high technical complexity (e.g., projects with multiple interacting systems, integrations, technical environments, or dependencies on external actors)
• At least 2 years of experience, within the last 6 years, in project management in project organizations with several functions beyond the project manager role
• At least 4 years of experience in project management regarding lifecycle management of IT environments in the private or public sector with more than 1,000 employees
• At least 4 years of experience in project management regarding lifecycle management of IT environments with complex integration solutions for internal and external communication (i.e., integrations between multiple systems or platforms, including dependencies on external services or organizations)
• Experience in project management regarding lifecycle management of IT environments where the transition involved high availability requirements
