We are looking for someone who wants to work with our client in the defense sector providing support and management of systems related to travel booking, expense administration, and real estate. You will be part of an engaged team of six people who together are responsible for incident management, user support, and issues related to integrations, access, and upgrades.

This role offers you a broad insight into several of the client's IT solutions and serves as an important contact point between the business, IT, and external suppliers.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing incidents and troubleshooting within the client's IT systems 
• Following up and coordinating cases with suppliers 
• Administering access and permissions 
• Providing support and guidance to users in the organization 
• Working on issues related to integrations, mobile solutions, and upgrades 
• Collaborating closely with colleagues in IT and other parts of the organization 

Your Profile
 

We believe you are an analytical and structured person with a genuine interest in IT systems and problem-solving. You communicate easily, enjoy collaborating, and are proactive when needed. 

You appreciate working in an environment where knowledge is shared, colleagues help each other, and there is a shared responsibility for ensuring the systems function optimally. 

We expect you to have experience in: 

• Management, troubleshooting, and incident handling within IT 
• Good ability to communicate in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing 

It is a plus if you have experience in: 

• System integrations, including integrations with mobile apps 
• Applications within Travel Management and/or Expense Management 
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, DevOps) 
• Testing and functional testing 
• ServiceNow or other ticketing systems 
• Jira 
• Microsoft Office
