We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead in web development for an exciting consulting assignment in the public sector located in central Stockholm. The assignment runs from January 1, 2026, to January 1, 2027, with the possibility to work up to 50% remotely. 

About the role:

As a Tech Lead in the customer platform team, you will play a central role in the development of web platforms for several well-known brands in public transport. You will be part of an agile team focused on technical development, operation, and management of digital solutions for web and digital signage. You will report to the responsible person within IT Customer Platform and work closely with developers, product owners, and other teams in a modern DevOps environment.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Technical leadership and active development of web platforms and digital channels
• Responsibility for architecture, code quality, and technical guidelines
• Working with headless CMS and shared components for platform-independent solutions
• Management of deployment, operation, and maintenance of solutions in Azure and on-prem
• Implementation of security features such as authentication, rights management, logging, and monitoring
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Infrastructure management with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
• Collaboration in cross-functional teams according to agile methods
• On-call duty according to schedule

About you:

We are looking for someone who is both strategically minded and hands-on, and who enjoys leading technical work in complex environments. You are used to working closely with other developers, architects, and product owners, and you have strong communication skills. You have a strong focus on quality, are solution-oriented, and have experience in security-critical environments.

Experience and skills (requirements):

• At least 12 years of experience in system development, of which at least 8 years in web development
• At least 8 years of experience in development with .NET and/or .NET Core
• At least 8 years of experience in development and deployment in Azure
• At least 8 years of experience in security-critical web projects (e.g., authentication, logging, monitoring)
• At least 6 years of experience in using unit tests
• At least 6 years of experience in CI/CD flows and pipelines in Azure DevOps or equivalent
• At least 6 years of experience in Infrastructure as Code, e.g., Terraform
• At least 5 years of experience working agile and/or in cross-functional teams
• At least 4 years of experience deploying and maintaining services in Azure AKS or AWS EKS
• At least 1 year of experience developing for headless CMS, e.g., Contentful

Preferred qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience developing and maintaining shared NuGet packages
• At least 2 years of experience working with the ELK stack for logging and monitoring
• At least 2 years of experience with messaging services such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, SignalR, or equivalent
• At least 4 years of experience with cloud services in AWS and/or GCP
