About the position Do you love service and are looking for a fun part-time job? We are looking for a service star to join our team! In this position, there is an opportunity to work in all our different areas in Gothenburg: office reception, information desk in shopping centers, conferences, and events. Your tasks include, among others:

• Welcoming employees and customers
• Phone and email
• Contact with suppliers
• Administrative work in systems
• Mail and invoice handling as well as deliveries
• Bookings and orders
• Acting as a mood manager and taking care of both visitors and employees
• Responsible for conference rooms and rounds in the office
• Working at various events

Who are you? We know you are a true service star who is passionate about personal interaction and loves working with people. You work proactively and solution-oriented and are always one step ahead. You are flexible and unpretentious and can work both independently and in a team. We would like you to be energetic, driven, ambitious, and enjoy coming up with new ideas. You have previous experience in service and have worked with the Office suite, as well as speak fluent Swedish and English.

Employment Employment type: On-call employment with the possibility to work several days a week Employment rate: Varies depending on needs, you may be called in at short notice on the same day as well as for planned absences and extra bookings. You can enter your availability in our scheduling app. Start: Immediately Working hours: Varies, we expect you to be adaptable based on the needs of the business and can work weekdays during office hours, evenings, and weekends.
