Are you a sharp and self-driven second line support technician looking to be a key player in a dynamic M365 environment? A leading sports company is now seeking, in collaboration with a specialist partner in staffing/recruitment, an experienced technician who can take significant responsibility and thrives in an environment that supports both office and distribution operations.

You will be a second line support technician who independently drives, troubleshoots, and resolves complex issues before the platform team needs to be involved. The role involves being a pragmatic partner to the business, ensuring that technology runs smoothly for all end-users.

We are looking for someone with solid experience and knowledge in:

• M365 environment: Extensive knowledge of Office applications, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.
• Identity management: Experience with both Entra ID and on-prem AD.
• Client management and troubleshooting: Ability to independently manage and resolve issues on Windows clients, Mac clients, iPads, and Android tablets.
• Networking and Peripherals: Good knowledge of troubleshooting printers and common network issues.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Desirable skills (but not mandatory):

• Knowledge of InTune and Soti Mobicontrol.
• Previous experience working in a distribution environment (e.g., with handheld devices).
