About the role

As a Service Manager within Technology Security, you have overall responsibility for developing and driving a service-based IT delivery. In close collaboration with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and your own team, you focus on quality, stability, and security for our IT services. You also have financial responsibility in terms of budgeting and forecasting within your service area.

This is a role for someone who is experienced enough to take on significant responsibility but is still curious about growing in the role. Here, you will have the opportunity to influence and shape working methods during a phase where much is still evolving.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who thrives in an environment where stability meets change, and where long-term thinking, structure, and development go hand in hand. You see the value in creating reliable and efficient IT deliveries and have the ability to translate technical challenges into practical solutions. You are communicative and have a pedagogical ability to convey IT concepts to non-technical individuals. You are accustomed to collaborating with many parties and enjoy the role of coordinator and requirements setter.

You likely have:

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a regulatory business

• Experience in building, managing, and developing service-based IT delivery in a hybrid delivery model

• Technical understanding of IT security services
• Experience working with IAM, IGA, and IdP solutions, with an understanding of access and identity management, authentication, access control, and security protocols
