We are now looking for a meticulous and service-oriented person at the beginning of their career for a well-established company in the financial sector. About the role

As an employee within Treasury/Backoffice, you will become part of an engaged customer service team and receive a broad introduction to the banking and finance world. You will work with customer support, administrative tasks, and controls related to financial services. The role is suitable for you who are new in your career, enjoy order and structure, and want to build on your knowledge in economics and finance.

Examples of tasks:

• Provide support to customers via phone and email
• Perform controls and manage administrative tasks related to customer cases
• Assist in handling savings products, transfers, and closures
• Respond to regulatory inquiries and manage complaints
• Participate in system maintenance and updating of routines and processes

• Is curious about the financial sector and wants to grow in a professional role
