About the role – Senior Sales Coordinator and SAP Specialist in Solna

In this role, you will act as a key person between sales, warehouse, finance, and customers. You will support the sales team with administration, order management, and customer contacts, while also being responsible for optimizing and developing workflows in SAP. You will participate in projects and ensure that processes work from quotation to delivery – to create customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's growth.

Tasks – Coordination, project management, and SAP support

• Take significant responsibility for order registration, quotation work, and delivery follow-up in SAP.
• Support Key Account Managers with administration, quotation preparation, and customer dialogues.
• Lead and coordinate projects from start to finish with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in regular customer meetings and present solutions based on customer needs.
• Propose and implement improvements in internal processes and systems, particularly within SAP.
• Collaborate closely with logistics, purchasing, finance, and customers to ensure efficient processes.
• Manage contracts, pricing, product information, and invoicing.

Your profile – Structured, business-minded, and SAP-experienced specialist

• Documented experience in project management and Key Account Management or equivalent.
• Very good knowledge and experience working in SAP (required).
• Academic education and experience in sales or order administration.
• Experience in building, maintaining, and developing relationships internally and externally.
• Unpretentious, service-minded, and solution-oriented.
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Good computer skills and comfortable with the Office suite.
