About the Position

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for and drive the recruitment processes for Asta's clients. You act as an expert towards clients and candidates by being insight-driven, advisory, and challenging in your work. You collaborate closely with the client as well as other internal people at Asta. We have high expectations and wish for the role to be characterized by quality and professionalism. Additionally, there is an employer responsibility for a growing number of consultants by ensuring and following up on them during assignments with our clients/partners. Your tasks will therefore include follow-up in ongoing work, time reporting, ensuring a good work environment, and related administrative tasks.

In the role of Recruitment Consultant, you are a key player for us at Asta and will be involved in shaping our success at an early stage. There will also be opportunities to specialize, create new business areas, and step into leadership roles. How your role will develop over time is something you will create together with us. 

Responsibilities;

• Drive your own recruitment processes across various business areas, from start to finish
• Collaborate and engage in insight-driven dialogues with clients
• Build and maintain candidate networks, primarily via LinkedIn
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales
• Employer and work environment responsibility for consultants
• Related administrative tasks according to processes

Qualifications and Characteristics

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the recruitment and staffing industry
• Knowledge of search and sourcing strategies
• Experience in roles where you have had client contact in B2B
• Post-secondary education, for example in economics, sales, marketing, or behavioral science; the most important thing is that you have an interest in recruitment
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in IT recruitment is an advantage

You have an interest in business, results, and are therefore unafraid to learn new things and apply them practically in a proactive manner. • Start: January 2026
• Location: Central Stockholm
• Scope: Full-time
• Salary: Monthly salary according to agreement
• Incentives: Attractive commission model, with no cap, and other benefits according to agreement
