We are looking for a Senior Data & Analytics Consultant who wants to take a key role in building and leading our initiatives in Data & Analytics in the Swedish market.

About the role

At Epical, you will become a key person in our data and analytics deliveries, both as an advisor and as a driving force in the execution. You will work closely with clients, support in early dialogues, and lead teams towards solutions that make a real difference.

In this role, you will:

• Design sustainable and modern data and analytics solutions, focusing on creating real value for the business.

• Lead deliveries, from planning to finished solution, with a focus on quality, structure, and value creation.

• Participate in pre-sales and consulting, contributing both technical insight and business understanding.

• Share knowledge and coach colleagues, contributing to a strong team and a culture of learning.

• Develop our offerings by taking initiative and shaping how we work going forward.

This is a role for you who thrive in the intersection of technology, strategy, and people and who want to grow towards an even more advisory and leading position.

Who are you?

You have several years of experience working deeply with data solutions in Microsoft's ecosystem (Azure, Fabric, Databricks, and Power BI), where you feel comfortable with the technical aspects and are eager to take the lead in deliveries or project teams. We see that you have a desire to develop towards consulting, pre-sales, and more strategic responsibility. You have the drive, curiosity, and courage to take the next step.

Practical information

• Permanent full-time position, based in Stockholm.

• Remote friendly – with us, you have the opportunity to work in the place that suits you best, while we see that collaboration in the team in Stockholm is important. Most of us are in the office a few days a week.

• To qualify, you need to live in Sweden and have a valid work permit.
