Your new role

We are now looking for an Operational Program Manager for one of Sweden's most extensive transformation programs in finance, accounting, and reporting. Our client, a leading player in the financial sector, is currently implementing a strategic initiative to establish a future-proof and unified solution for accounting and reporting across the entire group. As an operational program manager, you will be a key person in ensuring the program's progress, quality, and anchoring. You will work closely with the overall program management and drive several cross-cutting initiatives focusing on governance, coordination, and communication. Examples of tasks include: Leading and coordinating activities within selected areas to ensure progress and quality. Contributing to the development of governance and decision-making materials for program management and steering group. Communicating status, progress, and risks to relevant stakeholders. Identifying and managing risks, obstacles, and quality deviations. Ensuring resource planning and coordination between different streams in the program. Initiating and driving improvement initiatives to streamline working methods and delivery capacity.

• Experience in leading complex transformation, change, or development initiatives in finance, accounting, or reporting.
• Documented ability to create structure, drive pace, and decision-making in large programs.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with both business operations and external suppliers.
• Meritorious: Experience from larger organizations and knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion.
