Do you want to work innovatively as an industry coach in the Hotel Trainee program? Do you enjoy collaborating and networking? Then you have come to the right place! Merit runs the Hotel Trainee program on behalf of Växjö Municipality. At Merit, SFI teachers, industry coaches, and language coaches work together around the participants. We have a close collaboration with the region's employers in the hotel and restaurant sector to ensure that participants gain real professional grounding.

We are looking for someone who is:

• innovative, proactive, open, and has a strong drive

• has professional experience in the areas of cleaning, hotel, and restaurant

• has a broad network with the region's employers in the service industry, or can quickly build good collaborations.

• wants to find various creative solutions that provide participants with a tailored approach as they prepare for work in cleaning, hotel, and restaurant

• interested in working flexibly with new methods, such as a digital learning platform and approaches that prioritize real participant influence
