On ward 17, patients are cared for in hematology, stroke/neurology, gastroenterology, and pulmonary medicine. As a nurse with us, you will work in one of our specialties based on your interest and experience; we are currently recruiting for the hematology, stroke/neurology, and gastroenterology sections. We have a good community and engaged employees. You will be well taken care of with us.

In your role as a nurse, you are an obvious part of the patient's care. You actively participate in the medical management in close collaboration with other professional categories. You are responsible for the patient's care, participate in emergency interventions, and perform and follow up on medical orders. The entire team works with the goal of providing the patient with good and safe care. Many different professional categories work in teams with the patient at the center. About you

We are looking for a licensed nurse. You should be responsible, have good collaboration skills, be able to work independently, and have the ability to prioritize. We are looking for someone who is positive and wants to help develop our operations. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

Your future workplace

The Medical Clinic primarily has an emergency and primary care mission. In collaboration with other clinics, we offer citizens good and safe care. The clinic offers complete internal medicine services with advanced healthcare in both outpatient and inpatient care. The Medical Clinic includes the following areas: diabetes and endocrinology, hematology, cardiology, pulmonary medicine, gastroenterology, neurology and stroke, nephrology/dialysis, and rheumatology.

The Kalmar County Hospital is one of three hospitals in Kalmar County. The hospital is an emergency hospital with specialist care, maternity care, and postnatal care. Here, over 2300 people work to provide good care and high patient safety to the county's residents.
