FP&A Manager at Transdev Sweden

Do you want to drive Transdev Sweden's financial development and create value through analysis, planning, and financial management? As an FP&A Manager, you will have the opportunity to combine strategic thinking with operational responsibility, playing a central role in our finance and controlling function.

The Role

As FP&A Manager, you will have overall responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning (LTP) with a clear focus on cost management and financial governance. The role reports directly to the Head of Business Control and is an important part of our finance function. You will lead a small team and together ensure that the business has the right foundation for well-informed decisions.

Your Responsibilities

• Be responsible for and drive the budgeting, forecasting, and LTP processes
• Ensure high-quality management reporting
• Develop and improve analytical tools that provide business-relevant and forward-looking insights
• Lead and develop the FP&A team with a focus on strategic analysis and business challenges
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive initiatives for increased efficiency
• Collaborate with Business Controllers and other functions for unified financial management
• Present analyses and insights to the management team and other stakeholders

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is a Master of Business Administration or equivalent with a focus on financial management and has at least 5–8 years of experience in financial/business controlling in an international environment. You have:

• Solid experience in financial analysis and good knowledge of accounting
• Strong system proficiency from complex environments (BI, ERP, reporting systems)
• Advanced skills in Excel and Office365
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
