HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Senior | Gothenburg | 100% onsite

About the Assignment

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who wants to contribute to shaping and supporting an organization in transition. You will be a strategic partner to management and play a key role in driving HR initiatives that strengthen both the business and the employees.

The role involves working closely with management teams during a time of transformation, where you will support both managers and employees through change processes with professionalism, clear communication, and a people-centered HR strategy.

Your Main Responsibilities

Lead & Drive

  • Lead and execute core HR processes such as performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and competency development.

Partner & Advise

  • Be a sounding board and advisor to leaders on issues related to organizational design, workforce planning, engagement, and leadership.

  • Support in complex HR matters and sensitive changes with high integrity and good judgment.

Analyze & Optimize

  • Utilize HR data and analytics to create insights that support decision-making and improve HR effectiveness.

Manage & Ensure Compliance

  • Ensure that laws, agreements, and HR practices are followed and that the organization maintains a high standard in its leadership and personnel work.

About the Team

You will be part of an experienced HR team at the headquarters in Gothenburg, consisting of four senior HR Business Partners who together support all global functions within the company.

Your Background

  • At least 7–10 years of experience in broad HR work at both strategic and operational levels.

  • Documented experience in change management and personnel transitions (redundancy experience).

  • Academic degree in HR, behavioral science, business administration, or equivalent.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

  • Accustomed to acting independently, with professional calm even in complex situations.

Location

Headquarters in Gothenburg. The assignment is performed onsite (0% remote).

Other

  • Start: November 3, 2025 (or by agreement)

  • End Date: April 30, 2026

  • Scope: 100% (40 hours/week)

  • Payment Terms: 60 days + 1–5 days administration

  • Possibility of Employment After Assignment: Yes, potentially
