About the role As a Junior BID Coordinator, you will work with requests for proposals from government agencies, universities, municipalities, regions, and state authorities across Sweden. You will have many points of contact, both within the organization and with external parties such as customers and partners. You will manage the entire process, from requests to appointments, and be responsible for the administration surrounding the requests, as well as have some contact with authorities once the assignment is underway. The role plays an important function in creating structure and quality in our deliveries. At the beginning, we prefer that you are present at our office in Västerås, but once you feel comfortable in the role, there is an opportunity for a more flexible solution. It is important that you are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as we handle a lot of documentation from public clients. About you We are looking for someone who has taken a few steps into the workforce. You have a relevant education, perhaps in business administration, law, or public procurement. To get into the work quickly, we prefer that you are comfortable working with the Office suite and feel at home in both Teams and SharePoint. Since we are a cohesive team that works closely together, we appreciate a good sense of humor and enjoy having fun at work. We believe you are a person who thrives in teams where collaboration, openness, and humility are the foundation for success. You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and have an eye for detail. You communicate easily and enjoy having fun at work, while also being able to handle a fast pace when needed. If you have experience working on automation projects within IT, whether through studies, previous jobs, or personal initiatives, we consider that an advantage. AI is a significant interest for you, and you are curious to learn more. We would also like you to have a good understanding of the Public Procurement Act (LOU) and the public sector. The Public Sales business area at Nexer has long been working to drive and develop our assignments within the public sector – government agencies, regions, and municipalities. Now we are taking the next step and creating an even stronger platform and presence in the Mälardalen region.
