Your Role with Us
As an IT consultant at GoProfessional, you will have an independent and responsible role where you work closely with customers. You combine technical expertise with a service mindset and ensure that customers' IT environments function stably, securely, and efficiently. The role is varied – you will work both on longer assignments with larger clients and with ongoing operations and support for smaller organizations.
You will work with:
• Microsoft 365
• IT support and infrastructure operations
• Windows Server and Windows clients
• Networks
• Planning and prioritizing customer cases

Who Are You?
You have experience in IT operations and support and feel confident in your skills. You thrive in the consultant role – close to the customer, close to the solution, and with freedom under responsibility.
We believe you have:
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Windows clients
• Ability to plan and structure your work
• Very good Swedish and good English
• A valid driver's license
• Experience with Hyper-V, Unifi, and Mac is a plus
As a person, you are service-oriented, solution-focused, and pedagogical. You can work independently but also appreciate being part of a team where you support each other and share knowledge.
