As a system administrator, you will develop and manage the city's digital systems and tools, drive improvements, and create solutions that make digital work more efficient and future-proof.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for three system administrators who will collectively be responsible for and develop several of the city's shared systems. You will be part of a team with colleagues who have different areas of expertise, where you share knowledge, support each other, and work on both traditional system administration and development-oriented tasks.

You will manage and further develop system functions and create workflows that simplify, automate, and streamline the city's operations. The systems are used by managers and employees throughout the city, which means many points of contact both internally and externally, for example with users, system suppliers, and the city's IT provider.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you are attentive, pedagogical, and clear in your communication. The position also includes administrative tasks, such as documentation and access administration, which ensures quality and order in the systems.

Your Competence

We are looking for someone who enjoys both routines and variety. You work in a structured manner, take initiative, and can switch between planned work and urgent tasks in an independent and solution-focused way. You build good relationships and have a holistic view with the ability to see connections between different parts and suggest improvements.

You have a completed secondary education and experience in qualified administrative work. Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as IT, system science, or informatics, is an advantage. You are curious about technology and want to simplify work processes and contribute to making everyday life smoother and the organization more efficient.

We are looking for three system administrators with a focus on different operational systems:

• Payroll and personnel-related systems: Adato, Novi, IA, Personec, and WinLas. You have experience in payroll management.
• Scheduling and staffing systems: TimeCare.
• Common case and service management systems: ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and Trio. You have good knowledge of at least one of these systems.
