Development Leader for Digital Learning Environments

Are you motivated to make a real difference for schools through the development of digital learning environments? As a development leader, you will work strategically with overall responsibility for digital services and platforms for educational activities.

Your Responsibilities

As a development leader, you are responsible for leading and coordinating development work in the area of digital learning environments. You will systematically work with needs assessment, prioritization, requirements specification, and follow-up of development initiatives, as well as ensuring impact realization and follow-up of results.

You have overall responsibility for the administration's digital services and learning platforms, from preschool to adult education. You structure, document, and make information about digital services and working methods accessible, as well as coordinate and quality assure training, support materials, and manuals at various levels. Furthermore, you will follow up on usage, costs, and contracts related to digital services.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with operations, IT functions, central support functions, and external suppliers. You work within given financial frameworks and according to applicable laws, guidelines, and political decisions.

Your Competence

To succeed in this role, you need to have a good understanding of the conditions of educational activities. This means, for example, that you have knowledge of the laws and guidelines that exist in the area. You have previously worked to drive development work in larger or complex organizations and have also been a commissioner of digital services, systems, or learning platforms. You are used to working systematically with processes, models, and follow-up, and you also have a good understanding and experience of working with finance, budgeting, and contract issues.

Of course, you have an interest and motivation for the school's activities and to create benefits for both students and teachers.

As a person, you are secure and have good self-awareness. You are persistent and maintain motivation while working long-term. You enjoy working with complex issues and plan, organize, and prioritize your work independently.
