Description Our client in Västerås is looking for three engineers for their R&D department in advanced mechatronics and motion control. Two of the positions are aimed at candidates with experience in programming in C/C++, MATLAB, or Python, while the third position is focused on a more senior profile as a Full Stack Developer in a C# .NET environment. Depending on experience and skills, both junior and senior candidates are of interest. As a Motion Control Engineer, you will work in a high-tech R&D environment focusing on advanced mechatronic systems and motion technology, where you will develop, optimize, and maintain software solutions in the field.

Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing software solutions for motion control, participating in system design and testing, and contributing to improved performance in advanced mechatronic systems. You will work closely with other R&D teams and participate in projects that require collaboration across functional boundaries.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering Physics, Control Engineering, or a related field

• Experience with real-time systems and embedded systems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills and experience working in teams

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Swedish language

• Experience with C/C++, MATLAB, Python, or C# .NET

Conditions The position is on-site in Västerås with 0% remote work. The assignment runs from March 2, 2026, to March 1, 2027.
