We are looking for a sub-project manager who wants to be part of the startup of a new section that will serve as an important bridge between development and production. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team with competencies in mechanics, electrical, systems, and processes, working closely with both production and development. You have a holistic perspective and ensure that communication works and that the team delivers according to set goals.

You will be a central contact point between different departments, support the team in their daily work, and contribute to establishing structures, routines, and working methods for the section. The role is supervisory but without personnel responsibility.

• We are looking for someone with a relevant civil or engineering degree
• You have experience working closely with production or production-related technology
• You possess a good ability to plan, coordinate, and follow up on work in technical projects.
• Experience with IFS is an advantage.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary
