Do you want to gain practical experience in HR while managing your own project? We are now looking for an engaged and curious intern who wants to develop within HR administration, project management, and recruitment.

Your main responsibilities

• Support in HR administrative tasks such as registering/updating employee information in our HR system and managing employment contracts.
• Be involved in the entire recruitment process – from advertisement to contract signing.
• Drive an independent project based on the needs of the organization.
• Answer simple HR-related questions from employees.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying human resources, behavioral sciences, or similar.
• Has an interest in people, structure, and communication.
• Is self-driven, proactive, and enjoys taking responsibility.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Internship period

• Start: January 2026
• Scope: Full-time
• Duration: 8-12 weeks based on the intern's availability
• Location: Sisjön

Structure and guidance

In this role, you will be mentored by the HR manager. Together, you will outline the structure for your internship period. You will have regular check-in meetings with your mentor where collaboration, performance, and other important aspects for your development will be on the agenda.
