About the Role

As the Team Leader Outbound Telemarketing at Safely, you will lead a team of approximately 10 insurance brokers making outbound calls to existing customers. Your role is to coach, inspire, and drive results. You will monitor the team's performance daily, set goals, and actively work to develop each individual to their full potential.

You will work closely with the sales manager and be a key player in driving our growth forward. The role requires both structure, energy, and a big heart for people.

Your main responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of about 10 salespeople in their daily work
  • Monitor key metrics such as sales, orders per hour, call time, and conversion rates
  • Actively work with individual feedback, sales training, and daily coaching conversations
  • Ensure that the team delivers high quality according to our compliance and insurance requirements
  • Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and development of new salespeople
  • Create energy and a positive team culture through joint activities and competitions
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to optimize campaigns and strategies

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with previous leadership experience in call centers or telemarketing, preferably in the insurance or subscription industry. You enjoy being on the floor, close to the salespeople, and you know how to create engagement and results through present leadership.

Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a leadership role within call centers or telemarketing
  • Experience in telephone sales – preferably outbound
  • Good understanding of KPIs, results management, and sales-driven leadership
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
