Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives in a dynamic environment where people and business develop side by side? We are looking for someone who wants to be a key person in driving HR strategies that support business goals, develop leadership, and enhance employee engagement.

About the assignment

In the role of HR Business Partner, you will work closely with management teams to drive initiatives that strengthen the organization’s growth and talent supply. The assignment has a clear focus on change management – you will be an important support for both leaders and employees during a period of transformation.

You will ensure that the change journey is characterized by clear communication, professional leadership support, and a genuine focus on people. Here you will handle complex HR issues where high integrity, good judgment, and discretion are crucial.

Your responsibilities

Lead & Drive

  • Drive and develop central HR processes such as performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development.

Partner & Advise

  • Be a reliable sounding board for leaders on issues related to organizational design, workforce planning, team performance, and engagement.

  • Provide secure HR support during organizational changes, including sensitive personnel matters.

Analyze & Optimize

  • Use HR data and analytics to create insights and improve the effectiveness of HR work.

Manage & Ensure Compliance

  • Ensure that laws, policies, and HR principles are followed – and that the organization is characterized by professionalism, ethics, and quality in all personnel matters.

About the team

You will be part of an experienced and engaged HR team at the headquarters in Gothenburg, consisting of four senior HR Business Partners who support all global functions within the company.

Your background

  • At least 7–10 years of broad experience in HR work, preferably as an HRBP.

  • Documented experience in working with restructuring, change management, and complex HR issues.

  • Relevant higher education in HR, economics, psychology, or equivalent.

  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

The assignment

  • Start: As soon as possible

  • Duration: Until April 30, 2026

  • Location: Gothenburg (HQ)
