We are now looking for a Senior CRM Developer who wants to help shape the future with us in Stockholm.

 About the assignmentWe are now seeking a Senior CRM Developer for an exciting assignment at Region Stockholm – Traffic Administration. Here, you will be part of an agile, cross-functional team that develops and manages system solutions that make public transport more accessible, reliable, and sustainable for over 700,000 daily commuters. The assignment focuses on the permit system for Transport Services, which is based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Prem and is highly tailored to the needs of the business. The system is central to a complex integration landscape and also includes two web services connected to the CRM. You will work with development, architecture, and solution discussions, while contributing to the whole – from business needs to final implementation.

Your main responsibilities

• Further development and maintenance of the permit system based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Prem.
• Participation in solution and architecture discussions.
• Contribute to the development of the product area Special Transport Services.
• Collaborate in an agile team of about 10 people.
• Work closely with the business to understand and realize needs.
• Actively contribute to the team's skill development and common working methods.

Your profile

We are looking for a driven, communicative, and collaborative developer with extensive experience in Microsoft's CRM platform. You thrive in agile environments and like to take a holistic approach to solutions.

Requirements:

• Many years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On-Prem).
• Strong skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with system integrations and APIs.
• Experience in solution design, customizations, and plugin development.
• Good understanding of business processes and system flows.
• Communicative and accustomed to collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience in public sector or public transport systems.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Online and migration projects.

The Traffic Administration is responsible for public transport throughout the Stockholm Region. As a consultant here, you will be part of an organization that values openness, competence, reliability, and collaboration – values that characterize both working methods and culture.

The work primarily takes place at the office at Lindhagensgatan 100 on Kungsholmen, but some remote work is possible. At least 50% of the working hours must be on-site.
