Zmarta is one of Sweden's leading insurance brokers for consumers and operates one of Sweden's largest comparison services where customers are offered to compare, buy, and switch insurance. In 2018, Zmarta acquired Insplanet, and the corporate group also includes Elskling.
As an insurance broker at Zmarta, you will be part of a team of about 10 people where you will together contact incoming warm leads and existing customers over the phone and sell various insurance solutions. Our office is located at Norra Stationsgatan 69, which we share with Elskling and Axo Finans.
In this role, you will:
- Contact customers and offer insurance and electricity agreements.
- Review the customer's private financial situation related to insurance and electricity agreements and then offer a more favorable arrangement for the customer if possible.
- Offer new insurances based on the customer's needs.
- Write and send quotes
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and document relevant information continuously.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who with strong personal engagement wants to develop together with Zmarta. You will be responsible for the daily contact with both existing and new customers, and we are looking for someone who is motivated to always deliver the most optimal solution for each unique customer. You contribute with your positive energy and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Sales communication is primarily in Swedish, and being fluent in both spoken and written Swedish is therefore a requirement.

Previous experience in sales with good results and having worked in the insurance industry and/or the electricity sector is an advantage.
