We are now looking for a Payroll Officer with hands-on experience for a consulting assignment with our client in Arlanda city.

About the role – Payroll Officer with payroll management and hands-on experience in Arlanda city

As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for the entire payroll process with a focus on hands-on work and quality assurance of payroll data before payment. You will work independently and in a structured manner in close collaboration with the finance and HR departments as well as with colleagues in the office. Payroll management is primarily carried out in Crona Lön and TransPA. The role places you centrally in the organization where you will contribute to the development and improvement of payroll routines.

Responsibilities within payroll, hands-on work, and personnel administration

• Overall responsibility for the payroll process – from reporting, hands-on work, and review to finalized payrolls
• Compile and verify payroll data, manage discrepancies, and ensure correct hands-on work
• Process payroll in Crona Lön, administer absences, time reports, and schedules in TransPA
• Administer employment contracts, vacation, pension, and personnel issues
• Ensure reporting of employer contributions and pensions to authorities
• Collaborate with the finance department, HR, and managers
• Support the organization with expertise in payroll, contracts, and laws
• Contribute to improvements and development of routines within the payroll area

Your profile – Payroll Officer with hands-on experience

• Post-secondary education in payroll, finance, or equivalent work experience
• Several years of experience in independent payroll work, including hands-on payroll processing
• In-depth experience with Crona Lön and TransPA
• Good understanding of labor law, collective agreements, and vacation legislation
• Structured and meticulous with a strong sense of responsibility
• Flexible, development-oriented, and accustomed to working towards deadlines
• Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

Meritorious for the role of payroll officer in Arlanda city

• Experience from similar positions in logistics, transport, or the aviation industry
• Experience in payroll management in larger organizations with many employees
• Experience in training and supporting payroll processes
