Are you an experienced payroll specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment where you can help build processes from the ground up? We are now looking for a payroll specialist for our rapidly growing installation group. The position is available in both Gothenburg and Stockholm.

About the position

As a payroll specialist with us, you will play a key role in managing payroll processes for several of our subsidiaries. You will be an important part of building and developing the payroll function as a central support function within the group. The role involves many points of contact where you collaborate with both company leaders, the finance function, and HR to ensure smooth and efficient payroll management.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Management and administration of payroll for the group's companies.
• Ensuring that payroll processes comply with laws, agreements, and internal guidelines.
• Management of pensions, insurances, and other employee-related compensations.
• Advising and supporting managers and employees on payroll issues.
• Participating in the development of efficient and modern payroll processes.
• Collaborating with the finance and HR departments to ensure accurate reports and follow-up. 

Who are you?  

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in payroll work who feels confident in the entire payroll process. You have a good understanding of collective agreements, tax regulations, and legislation in the area.

• Have experience working with payroll management in a larger organization.
• Find it easy to collaborate and enjoy having many points of contact.
• Are open to change and want to help build effective routines and processes.
• Have a post-secondary education in payroll, finance, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
