About us

Stagårdsvägen and Brattbacken LSS are two group homes providing special services for adults covered by LSS group 1; intellectual disabilities, autism, or autism spectrum disorders. The homes each have six apartments and are located about two km from the center of Bollnäs.

About the position

We are now looking for hourly employed support staff for our operations. As a support staff member, you will work with individuals who need assistance with their daily living. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

In this role, you will be responsible for: 

• Providing individual support, care, and service interventions
• Planning and conducting activities with clients
• Carrying out delegated health and medical care tasks

Employment conditions

Hourly employment with varying working hours; day, evening, weekend, and night shifts. We apply individual salary setting and other compensations are according to collective agreements. Start date for the position is by agreement.

To apply for the position, you must have: 

•  Education as a nursing assistant, special educator, or behavioral scientist or equivalent experience and knowledge.
• Knowledge of low-arousal approaches and clear pedagogical methods
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form as documentation is a large part of the work
• Driver's license (B)
