Linjemontage is a modern company in the electrical power industry that performs contracting work in the field of power supply facilities from 0.4 kV to 400 kV. This can range from complex deliveries of complete transformer stations, deliveries of power lines to the replacement of parts of systems such as remote control, relay protection, etc. Our customers include grid owners, industries, and municipal and state authorities. Linjemontage has offices and operations throughout Sweden, as well as in Norway and a branch in Croatia. We have nearly 400 employees. Since 2019, Linjemontage has been part of Kalpataru Projects International Ltd.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a project administrator who enjoys a varied job with many different administrative tasks and being a bit of a spider in the web.

You will be an important part of our projects where your mission will be to actively support project managers and other project resources in all relevant tasks to ensure they are carried out and documented.

Examples of tasks:

  • Participate in project meetings to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Follow the documentation flow through the project in Sharepoint, from start to finish
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers
  • Print documentation and binders for our various clients
  • Create document lists
  • Manage project documentation such as work environment plans, deviation documentation, self-checks, invoice controls both incoming and outgoing.
  • Assist with final documentation work
  • Support for projects in quality, work environment, and environmental issues.
  • Operational purchasing

Travel may be required for the job.

Qualifications

You have a high school education

  • You speak and write Swedish fluently
  • You speak and write English at a good level
  • You have good knowledge of Office 365, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint as well as SharePoint.
  • You have a valid driver's license (class B)
  • You have a desire to develop
  • You are responsive to where needs exist
  • Experience with the SAP financial system, operational purchasing, project documentation, and KMA work is an advantage.
