Our client is looking for a team leader for software development who wants to combine technical leadership with hands-on development work. You will play a key role in shaping the future control systems for their magnetron modulators – technology used in everything from weather radar to cancer treatment.

What you will do

• Lead and coach a small team of software developers in their daily work.
• Work hands-on with hardware-near software development.
• Establish and improve working methods for agile development (Scrum/Kanban).
• Develop DevOps principles, CI/CD, and test automation.
• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize technically sustainable solutions.
• Drive requirements management, traceability, and structure in the development process.
• Ensure high quality in our software deliveries – both to customers and production.

We believe you have

• Experience in technical leadership within software development.
• Good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Experience working agile and adapting methods to the team's needs.
• A coaching approach and good communication skills.
• Experience with version control and collaboration in code (e.g., Git).
• Interest in building structure where there are no established processes yet.
