About the role:

As an AI-driven customer support agent, you will play a key role in developing and improving our customer service processes. You will work on:

  • Developing, working on, and implementing new processes to enhance customer service and streamline workflows.
  • Welcoming and integrating new B2B customers, ensuring a smooth transition, and building long-term relationships.
  • Contributing your experience from operational work, such as team leadership, warehouse responsibility, or logistics, to optimize our services and processes.
  • Improving the use of AI and automation to make work smoother and more efficient.
  • Collaborating with teams and partners to develop and enhance our services, and providing feedback based on what customers say.
  • Following up on customer cases to ensure all issues are resolved and that our guidelines are followed.
  • Being flexible and prepared to work operationally in support when needed and during high volumes. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to pitch in and support the team with operational tasks when necessary.

With an inclusive mindset, you thrive in collaboration and are also a fearless problem solver who finds creative solutions. You are confident in making decisions and can quickly adapt to changes.

  • Has a complete high school diploma or equivalent
  • Is fluent in Swedish and English, a third language is a plus
  • Experience working operationally and/or with automation is a plus

We offer you: Workz specializes in customer service and provides comprehensive training followed by ongoing training in areas such as communication, customer management, and business acumen. After completing the training, you will be certified in customer service. In addition to collective agreement terms, you will have a dedicated operational manager who supports your development and is available to you as a consultant.
