What are we looking for? Xamera is in an exciting growth phase and we are now looking for a part-time Talent Sourcing Specialist for our office in Gothenburg! In this role, you will play an important part in strengthening our team by actively working to identify and attract candidates to meet our clients' recruitment needs. You will be part of our journey to improve our processes and internal workflows, giving you a unique opportunity to contribute to and develop Xamera forward.
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will focus on the inflow of candidates, both for current needs and proactively for future opportunities. Your work will mainly consist of mapping and identifying relevant candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools. Since you are often the first point of contact with our candidates, it is important that you have good communication skills and are meticulous in your work.
The role involves working approximately 16 hours a week in a dynamic and challenging environment where your intuition and drive will be crucial to your success.
